Q: What kinds of golf ball customization are available?

Q: How do I apply for a corporate account, and what do I need to apply?
Call us at 1-800-324-0911 to apply for a corporate charge account. With this account, you can order balls and pay with a corporate purchase order number. You will need to provide three credit references and a bank reference to open a corporate account.
Q: Do you customize other golf products?
YES! We offer all sorts of customized golf-related products. Please call 1-800-324-0911 for more information and to order.
Q: What kind of packaging is available for customized golf balls?
Orders on the web site will have standard packaging, but we can do just about anything you want. Just give us a call at 1-800-324-0911.
Q: Why are the prices for some balls more for less than 12 dozen than for 12 dozen or more?
In these cases, the less than 12 dozen price include imprinting only, since that manufacturer doesn't allow logos for that small of an order. The 12 dozen or more price includes the cost of a custom logo.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
New Art Orders
For custom logo orders with new art, we will contact you with a proof in about 2-4 business days. Custom logo orders with new art generally ship 10-12 days after approval of the proof, depending on the manufacturer. Items from different manufacturers will ship separately.
imprinting and Repeat Art Orders
Imprinting and custom logo orders with repeat art will not be proofed, and usually ship in about 7-10 days. Items from different manufacturers will ship separately.
Warehoused Orders
If your company participates in our warehouse program, the golf balls you ordered have already been printed with your corporate logo. They are in stock and will ship within 1 business day from our warehouse in Michigan.
Peak Season Extensions
During the peak season of April through July, these lead times may be extended without notice.
Custom Logos
Q: What is custom logo imprinting?
Custom logo imprinting prints a corporate or other logo on the side of the ball. The logos can be up to four colors for most manufacturers, with some providing 5 colors for an extra fee (Top-Flite provides 5 colors without an extra fee).
Q: What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPEG, TIFF, PDF, Illustrator, PSD, PDF, EPS, and GIF. The "Preview" works best with GIF and JPEG; other formats may not preview correctly. This will not affect the final output, though.
Q: What if I don't know the PMS colors for my logo?
Ideally, you should use a Pantone color product to choose the appropriate colors. We also offer an on-screen Pantone color picker, but screens vary in the way they show colors and the color may not be accurate. Some manufacturers will color-match the logo for you, but the results are not guaranteed.
Q: What size should the image file be?
The image will be resized to fit the golf ball. If you are uploading a GIF, JPEG, or other raster-based image, a larger image is preferred so that the resolution will be adequate to make out details.
Q: Can I have more than one logo on a ball?
Yes, no problem at all. There is a second-pole fee of $2.00 per dozen, unless one of the logos is a Special Event logo.
Imprinting
Q: What is golf ball imprinting?
Imprinting allows you to put up to three lines of text on the side of the ball. It can be your name and phone number, or any other text that will fit. For most manufacturers, you are limited to about 17 characters per line and three lines.

Special Event Logos
Q: What are special event logos?
Special Event logos are pre-defined logos you can include on one side of the ball, while you can personalize or put a custom logo on the other side. Special event logos include Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Wedding Bells, It's A Boy, It's A Girl, and more.
Q: Can I get special event logos on any kind of ball?
No, unfortunately these are limited to specific models by specific manufacturers. Currently, we can only do Titleist and Pinnacle online. Please call us for special event logos for other manufacturers.
